Are International Trusts and LLCs the only two protective international entities?

The IAPT and international LLCs are the two most commonly used international
entities. However, there are many other options. For example, some international
financial centers feature hybrid companies and companies limited by guarantee;
each with their own protective twists: Their owners don’t directly
own their shares. Panama and Lichtenstein foundations somewhat compare
to international trusts. Bahamian limited partnerships closely parallel
U.S. limited partnerships. As with U.S. entities, the international entities
protection comes through different features and mechanisms.
